John one of our much loved customers was made redundant during the first COVID 19 lockdown; we were upset for him when he shared this news with us, but absolutely delighted when he told of us of his new position with PHILSTIC.

I asked him if PHILSTIC did pharmacy labels which he said he would look into. My aim was to support him and to support a NZ Family owned local business like us.

John then introduced us to Sam.

True to their word the communication around this began. PhilStic was thorough in the initial set up period to ensure we were satisfied with the product they were looking to supply.

The first quote was a little higher that we currently paid and when we had the conversation around if it would be a good business decision for a small business (us) to do this PHILSTIC acknowledged our logic and arranged to meet our current price including delivery.

As a new venture for PHILSTIC the first batch of labels were not quite right which I emailed them about it. The response was amazing.

Both John and Sam came to the pharmacy the next morning, identified and owned the issue, removed the labels and re-supplied us with a very short period.

This type of service is hard to find, never did I doubt PHILSTIC’s desire to ensure their customer was totally satisfied with the product and service delivered.

We are very happy with the labels PHILSTIC have supplied and will continue to use them as our supplier.
