Congratulations to John Reddy!

Mithun (John) Reddy started as a printer at PhilStic in January 2019, moving to us from packaging company Huhtamaki Oyj. When John joined PhilStic he was partway through his printing apprenticeship, which he has recently completed.

In mid-May John did us proud at the Print Industry New Zealand Training Graduation

He received his Certificate of Completion of Trade for Level 3 & 4
He won Reelfed Apprentice of the Year for 2021
He also won the Jenkins Award 2021
And he is a Print Apprentice of the Year Finalist for 2021. John will be at Pride in Print 2022 in Christchurch on 17 June, when the overall winner will be announced

Comments made by the training advisors were, “John applied himself and made an impression.
His enthusiasm and personality really work well for him”. We couldn’t agree more.

In addition, there is double celebration in the Reddy house as, a few days after the awards, John’s wife gave birth to their second son.
